Sea Foam

What?

Look for bubbles floating around on the surface of the ocean.

Why?

Because it helps you be mindful and present as you focus on the patterns swirling around like a kaleidoscope.

How to?

  1. Go to the ocean, or any body of water you have nearby (e.g. lake, river, reservoir, etc.)

  2. Look for patches of foam or bubbles sitting atop the surface.

  3. Watch their patterns swirl around. If it’s on the ocean, also listen to the sounds of the surf and smell the salty air.

Protips:

  • Unfortunately, foam on the water is often a sign of pollution. If you suspect that’s the case, get in touch with your local non-profit and let them know. Maybe you can even volunteer to help.

We’d love to know how you microdose nature!

If you’d like to help expand the diversity of our microdoses (and help create a thriving community of nature junkies in the process), email us at hello@naturejunkielife.com

In your email, briefly describe your favorite nature connection experience, how to do it, and how it makes you feel. The more weird, wise and wonderful the better. Thanks in advance!
