  • Inside Us

    Since we humans are part of nature, the things that happen inside our bodies and minds are part of nature too. It’s our inner landscape. This means that mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and reflection count too, making nature accessible anywhere, anytime.

  • Outside Us

    This is the obvious stuff of nature, the so called great outdoors. While this may conjure up images of Yosemite or the Milky Way in the night sky, it also includes the little bits of nature in our surroundings. Like a ray of light or even a blade of grass sprouting from a crack in the sidewalk.

  • Between Us

    The nature between us is that feeling you get when you hug a friend, when you pet an animal or just the vibe you might feel when you enter a room. You may not see it, but you feel it. It’s called kinship and it’s a real part of nature connection.

  • Awe

    A state of mind we can cultivate by exposing ourselves to the vastness of nature that makes us feel small temporarily, which shifts our perspective and helps us feel amazing.

  • Flow

    The states where we feel and perform our best. We become one with our environment and everything feels effortless. Nature is a reliable inducer of flow states.
