Pet a Dog

What?

Pet a friendly dog.

Why?

Creating emotional bonds between people and animals can help improve our wellbeing.

How to?

  1. Find a friendly dog. If you don’t have one, you can find a neighbor with one or perhaps visit a shelter.

  2. Rub your hand smoothly over it’s back, or on its head between the ears.

  3. Feel the connections and the soft sensation of its fur.

Protips:

  • Make sure you know the dog is friendly before you pet it. Ask the owner if you’re unsure. Be gentle.

We’d love to know how you microdose nature!

If you’d like to help expand the diversity of our microdoses (and help create a thriving community of nature junkies in the process), email us at hello@naturejunkielife.com

In your email, briefly describe your favorite nature connection experience, how to do it, and how it makes you feel. The more weird, wise and wonderful the better. Thanks in advance!
