Fall Colors
What?
Appreciate the temporary beauty of leaves on trees changing colors in the fall.
Why?
It’s stunningly beautiful and because it’s temporary, it can help us be fully present in the moment. When we think about how nature just does this, it can cultivate a sense of awe and wonder. Walking through forests also tends to help us de-stress.
How to?
In the fall, find a nearby set of trees.
Notice the colors of each of the leaves.
Admire their beauty for a bit.
Protips:
Different patches of trees or forest turn colors at different times of the fall. And it’s different every year depending on a variety of factors. You can start to develop a relationship with the trees by getting to know how they change through the seasons.
